I had issues with my HIKvision NVR and paradox alarm box. Tried hiring a couple of other professionals who couldn't figure out what the issue was with my cams and setup. Frustrating it was to pay them without getting a solution. Then I stumbled across Vtech and reached out. Just want to keep this short to people reading this, if you are in the market for a new installation or re-config or whatever your security needs might be, just stop researching and hire Vtech. The depth of knowledge Neeraj and Vikranth have are second to none. In a few minutes they knew what the issue was and came up with the solution. Also need to mention how great their quote was.
